Job Description:
- Receive information, answer inquiries, and respond to customer questions via email, messages, phone calls, etc.
- Guide customers through relevant procedures/processes.
- Accurately and promptly update customers on promotions and company policy changes.
- Manage postings and oversee the company’s Customer Care Zalo account.
- Collect updated information and create new customer profiles, then forward them to relevant departments for processing.
- Receive customer feedback about the company and relay it to the relevant departments for resolution.
- Track, plan, and compile check-in reports for the sales team (NVKD).
- Plan and conduct market surveys.
- Create and compile forms/templates for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, in good health.
- Education: College/University degree.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Enthusiastic, sociable, and patient.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
- Priority given to candidates living near the company.
Benefits:
- Salary: 8–11 million VND/month (including base salary and allowances).
- Work schedule: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).
- Working hours: 8 hours/day, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (lunch break 12:00 – 1:00 PM).
- Provided with essential work equipment: computer, printer, office supplies, desk phone.
